Recalling memories of you that
Were locked in corners of yesterday
Watching the past in my mind,
Laughing
Dancing
Full of life.
Like waves that flow with the ebb and tide
And crystal streams meandering through rocky riverbeds
Like minuscule sea creatures which inhabit the rock pool of life, and
vast depths of the shimmering sea, immeasurable just like my love for you.
Like the silvery moon illuminating the midnight sky with
Shining stars blinking as guiding lights when
Darkness envelopes surrounding landscapes,
Just like my love envelopes you.
Like the dry, arid desert that lies silent and waiting with
Camouflaged dangers hiding among the sandy dunes,
The air charged with the anticipation of rain,
Charged like the love I feel for you.
Love is like the wonderment of nature with
Difficulties and dangers, both sublime yet surmountable
Conquered through the eternal love,
